Here are 4 techniques I used.

I targeted these 4 elements

1. Welcome Email

2. Subject line

3. Email copy

4. Call to action

1. Welcome Email.

It had 2 main reasons:

• Introduce (you + newsletter is about)

• Decreases spam complaints

So, how to achieve this?

Introduce yourself and tell what 'you' will get from my newsletter (tell the date and time you send the newsletter)

Ask to move your email from update/social to primary.

2.Subject line

I used this prompt to write subject lines.

• Prompt 1: Telling what I want.

  • Today I am going to train you to write a good Email Subjects.
    This will increase the open rate because, these subject lines are clickbait and kinda funny.
    So for that I am going to feed you really amazing examples for Email Subject lines which worked really well previously. Are you ready, Just say "yes" or "no"

• Prompt 2: Training to get what I want.

  • Here are the examples, [each line is one email subject]: [email subject line 1]
    [email subject line 2]
    [email subject line 3]
    [email subject line 4]

• Prompt 3: Asking for what I want.

  • Here is the Topic.
    [insert what your email is about]

[You can give a broader topic as well]

3. Email Ad Copy

Here is the prompt.

You are a professional copywriter
Here is my sponsored newsletter post.

"Craft perfect email replies effortlessly with Ellie
Your AI email assistant.
Ellie learns your writing style and creates personalized responses that sound like you wrote them.

Use this as a template and promote a tool called [Tool name]. [Tool description]

4.Call-to-action

Inside your newsletter, you’ll want to have a central call-to-action (CTA).

To write better CTA apply this:

• Use strong words

• Be Specific

• No need more CTAs

• Visually distinguish your CTA
